Annotation
As part of the course, students will be introduced to the topic of partial removable dental prostheses, including their classification, indications, treatment procedures, and fabrication methods.

Aim of the course

After finishing of this subjects, students are able to:

  1. Examinate the patient and suggest the design of future removable partial denture (RPD).
  2. Choose optimal components of RPD considering dentition of the patient.
  3. Fabricate (working procedure) RPD including the prepration of remaining teeth.

Requirements to the exam

Credit

Student must be present at all practical classes. At least 80 % of all points from the written credit test (max. 2 re-take attemps - oral or written examination).

In the case of repeating a study obligation, the student is required to complete the study obligation in its entirety.
