Serves summary view of the research and methods used so far to help prepare and process a quality diploma thesis. Attention is also paid to research procedures, formal requisites of scientific text, finding credible information and their processing.

3. Survey of researches to date that have an impact on outdoor activities, outdoor education and adventure programs on human personality. Types of research methods.

4. Researches dealing with outdoor sports. Examples from the Czech and international environment. Methods used and commentary on achieved results.

5. Scientific databases. Their focus and their necessity for scientific research.

6. Writing of scientific text. Structure of scientific work.

2. Abstract and its analysis. Most common mistakes when writing abstract.
