V rámci tohoto předmětu jsou aplikovány základy teorie krizového managementu na podmínky právního řádu České republiky s důrazem na krizovou legislativu, zejména zákony (o integrovaném záchranném systému, o krizovém řízení, o hospodářských opatřeních pro krizové stavy), nařízení vlády a vyhlášky resortů, které zabezpečují funkčnost systému krizového řízení. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována otázkám kritické infrastruktury, terorizmu a mimořádným událostem velkého rozsahu (pandemie).

Within this subject, the basics of crisis management theory are applied to the conditions of the legal order of the Czech Republic with an emphasis on crisis legislation, especially laws (on the integrated rescue system, Fr crisis management, on economic measures for crisis situations), government regulations and departmental decrees that ensure functionality of the crisis management system. Special attention is paid to issues of critical infrastructure and terrorism and large-scale emergencies (pandemics).
