Jde o nepovinný předmět, který je nadstavbou povinného předmětu Klinická farmacie. Jeho cílem je detailní diskuse nad riziky farmakoterapie- jak zjistit signál potenciálního rizika farmakoterapie, jak posoudit symptomatologii, prokázat a řešit rizika farmakoterapie u populačních skupin i individuálních klinických případů. Součástí předmětu je výuka na klinickém pracovišti u lůžka pacienta, řešení kazuistik a získávání dovedností v komunikaci s nemocným a zdravotnickými profesionály. Předmět je ukončen ústní zkouškou, ke které studenti přinesou zpracovanou kazuistiku.

This optional subject is a shell of the compulsory subject Clinical pharmacy. It is focused to more detail discussion about pharmacotherapy risks and their management in different population groups and individual clinical cases (how to discover the potential risk of the pharmacotherapy (signal), how to evaluate patients' symptoms, how to measure and manage pharmacotherapy risks). The subject is based on bedside teaching at the University teaching hospital where students are involved in case-solving and where they train skills in the communication with the patient and health-care professionals. The subject is finished with the oral examination to which students are obliged to prepare one clinical case-report.
