Povinně volitelný kurz pro IV. ročník Hodnocení psychopatologie je patnáctihodinový kurz určený studentům 4. ročníku. Kurz je prakticky orientován. Probíhá v Psychiatrické nemocnici Bohnice, na odděleních akutní péče a na centrálním příjmu pacientů. Cílem je naučit studenty rozpoznávat akutní stavy, hodnotit nejzávažnější psychopatologii, navrhovat terapeutický postup. Absolvent kurzu zná psychopatologii závažných akutních stavů, je schopen základní diferenciálně diagnostické rozvahy v akutní psychiatrii a určí terapii. Podstatnou součást demonstrací tvoří nácvik komunikace se závažně duševně nemocnými

Assessment of psychopathology is 15-hour course for students in the fourth year. After brief theoretical introduction studets assess diferent psychiatric diagnosis with relevant scales. Therefore i tis necessary that students have quite good psychiatric propedeutics knowledge.

Cíl předmětu -
Absoventi jsou schopni komunikovat s duševně nemocnýžmi, rozpoznat život ohrožující stavy na psychiatrii, diferenciálně diagnosticky uvažovat a určit základní terapii.

After the course, participants 1) understand the role of psychopathology rating scales in clinical practice; 2) get familiar with all relevant rating scales for psychiatry; 3) are able to indicate appropriate scale and use it.

Students obtain the information about the credit at the first day of the course, also, the information is located at http://www.pcp.lf3.cuni.cz/vyuka/. For credit 80% presence is required. In case of some unexpected situation (e.g. illness) students are expected to contact the teacher responsible for the course via e-mail motlova@pcp.lf3.cuni.cz, as soon as possible. In this case it is possible to replace the absence in the lessons according to the missing topic after consultation with teacher responsible for the course via e-mail motlova@pcp.lf3.cuni.cz.
