Anotace

For technical reasons, the course is in ac. not taught in 2024/2025.

The course will show students basic techniques used in population ecology in data collection and processing and subsequent modeling of interspecies relationships or dependencies. An introductory one-day course introduces students to the techniques used. In the following 2x2 days, the students will try two examples of data collection directly in the field (1st day) and on the following, second day they will process the data and simulate the results.

Minimum number of people registered for the course: 10

Maximum number of people registered for the course: 15 (in case of a larger number of people registered, two runs can be made)

Accommodation (4 nights in 2-3 bedded rooms), meals and transport there and back are paid for by the participants themselves. The price for accommodation with full board (Monday dinner - Friday lunch) is 4800 CZK/person, payment must be made in advance by 31.3. to account 246139045/0300.
