Kurz navazující na KJAZ199 Biblická hebrejština 1 je zaměřen na pravidelné sloveso v základním kmeni, obsáhne
však i všech šest rozšířených forem. Nepravidelná (slabá) slovesa se probírají jen okrajově, aby bylo možné číst
ukázky autentických biblických textů. Výchozí pomůckou jsou skripta Základy starozákonní hebrejštiny, doplněná o
mluvnický výklad ve Weingreenově Učebnici biblické hebrejštiny. Mimo rozbor cvičných vět se student naučí
pracovat s hebrejským biblickým textem v tištěné i elektronické podobě a používat slovníky a další relevantní
jazykové příručky.

KJAZ199 Course Biblical Hebrew 1 focuses on the regular verb in the basic conjugation and all six extended forms.
Irregular (weak) verbs are discussed only marginally so that they can be read examples of authentic biblical texts. The basic aid is the Scripture Basics of Old Testament Hebrew, supplemented by a grammatical interpretation in Weingreen's Biblical Hebrew Textbook.
Besides analyzing the training sentences the student will learn work with Hebrew biblical text in both printed and electronic versions and use dictionaries and other relevant language tools.

Podmínky zakončení předmětu -
Schopnost číst slovesné věty, analyzovat sloveso ke kořeni, umět vyhledat kořen ve slovníku, určit kmen a porozumět jeho významu. Aktivně obměňovat výchozí tvar, znát nejčastější kořeny a významy v jednotlivých kmenech. K ústní examinaci budou sloužit cvičné texty v lekcích 11-20 ze skript Základy starozákonní hebrejštiny. Předpokladem je však úspěšný písemný test z morfologie a slovní zásoby.

Ability to read verbal sentences, analyze the verb unto its root, find the root in the dictionary, identify the conjugation and understand its meaning. Ability to change the initial form, to know the most common roots and meanings in the individual conjugations. The oral exam will cover lessons 11-20 of the Basics of Old Testament Hebrew. However, a successful test of morphology and vocabulary is a prerequisite.
