As part of the course, students will be introduced to the basics of maxillofacial surgery (diagnosis and treatment of jawbone diseases, injuries, tumors, and inflammations in the orofacial region) with consideration of the needs of the general dentist.

The credit written test must be graded "good", "very good" or "excellent".
