The course content includes mastering the most commonly used prosthetic materials, as well as fixed and removable replacements. Emphasis is placed on the properties of individual materials, their indications, and the technology of their processing.

Note: In order to fulfill the content of the practical classes, Frasaco teeth with preparations (26 – cast crown, 24 – composite onlay, 21 – long wrap veneer, 11 – provisional crown, 13 – PFM crown, 34 resin crown) are required within the subject of Preclinical Dentistry. Entry to the phantom laboratory is possible in white work clothes / coat and slippers. The student is obliged to follow the safety instructions, to use protective glasses when working with the micromotor. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the phantom laboratory. Students are loaned a set modeling tools and artificial Frasaco jaws for practical classes. The student will receive the credit after returning the set of borrowed modeling tools and Frasako jaws. Examination
