Syllabus

Classwork contents:

Seminars:

1. The groundings of creation the movement programs, the conception of health orientated

fitness. Exercise lesson of the conditioning gymnastics with music.

2. The aims and tasks of the compensation exercises. The circuit training (flexibility and

strength of the trunk).

3. Basic examination of the body posture. Use of the hand apparatuses in the conditioning

programs (ropes and medicine-balls).

4. Testing of the kinetic efficiency by means of UNIFITTEST. Gymnastic warm-up,

relaxation training

5. Basic examination the elementary motional stereotypes. Warm up and testing the

participants, release and relaxation.

6. General rules of the stretching (diagnosis of the flexibility). Stretching lesson.

7. General rules of the strengthening for youth. Drills for legs and arms, use of the step

platforms.
