The aim of the course is to further develop the four basic language skills at the C1-C2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. This is the fifth stage of a six-semester course. The teaching is based on systematic work with a course-book Cambridge English Proficiency Masterclass (OUP, 2012). There is a strong emphasis on accuracy, fluency, clarity and complexity of expression.

Cílem předmětu je další rozvoj jazykových dovedností na úrovni C1- C2 Společného evropského referenčního rámce pro jazyky, tedy akademické úrovně požadované k bakalářské státní zkoušce. Jde o pátý semestr šestisemestrálního kurzu. Systematicky se pracuje s učebnicí Cambridge Proficiency Masterclass (OUP, 2012). Rozvíjejí se praktické dovednosti studentů v oblasti mluvního projevu, čtení s porozuměním, poslechu s porozuměním a písemného projevu s velkým důrazem na přesnost, plynulost a komplexnost jazykového projevu prokazující zvládnutí jazyka ve všech aspektech. Kromě hlavní učebnice se v kurzu pracuje s autentickými materiály, novinovými články, videi, apod.

Pozn.: Docházku na seminářích je možné odpustit na základě předložení certifikátu CPE s hodnocením A nebo B. Tento certifikát nesmí být starší dvou let. Zkouška je povinná pro všechny studenty.
