The course provides methods of social and psychological training of students reflections relating to the study to be completed, and reflections on their own professional abilities to become a teacher. Concerns or problems that have already occurred are raised and solved with the support of group dynamism and team potencial.

Kurz pracuje metodami sociálně psychologického výcviku s reflexemi studentů vztahujícími se k dokončovanému studiu, s reflexemi na vlastní profesní vybavenost pro následné povolání učitele. Obavy nebo již skutečné problémy vzniklé v nových profesních situacích jsou otevírány a řešeny s podporou skupinové dynamiky a týmového potenciálu.
