The course is aimed to gain and enrich student's pedagogical experience by direct work with pupils grade 1 - 6 within the work in mathematical club. Students will choose a topic from the teacher's offer which is suitable for the pupils age range, will prepare a scenario for one session with pupils and will realize it. Students analyze solving processes of pupils from video, from written tests, ...

By direct work with pupils and under guidence of an experienced in-service teacher to extend and complete the students´ experience with constructivistic teaching approaches.

To lead the students to the need to make evidence of their everyday pedagogical experience as a tool for the improvment of their pedagogical work.

To make students familiar with concrete eduacional activities, particularly a) preparation of scenario for a teaching session, b) ways of evidence of one´s own experience, c) motivation of pupils, d) guiding class discussion, e) creation of the class climate, f) work with mistake and misconception, g) developing of gifted pupils, h) work with lower achievers, i) diagnosing of cognitive and metacognitive abilities of primary school pupils in mathematics,
j)evaluation of pupils.
