Annotation -
Cílem kurzu je seznámit se studenty s metodami návrhu pohybových programů – intervence pro ovlivňování zdravotnictví orientované zdatnosti jak u zdravých netrénovaných osob, tak u vybraných skupin pacientů v rámci primární i sekundární prevence a ověření schopnosti studentů samostatně odborně aplikovat získané poznatky v praxi.

Aim of the course -
Outputs from the subject for listeners A graduate of the course is able to: - Define the basic determinants of the field of Health Education - Search for, critically analyze and orientate yourself in the current knowledge of the issue of primary and secondary prevention of civilization diseases, in the Czech Republic and abroad - Use, sort and select evidence-based resources as a theoretical basis for basic knowledge of relevant clinical diseases and prevention options - Describe the structure, principles and methods of designing exercise programs for the health-impaired population, compare with the performance-oriented population - Conduct an initial interview, take an anamnesis, perform relevant initial, control and final diagnostic examinations - Sort, analyze and interpret the information obtained - Formulate the specific objectives of the program and determine the method of verifying the fulfillment of the objectives of the program - Apply knowledge and procedures to a specific individual model example from practice - Create an individualized plan for program - Critically evaluate movement programs and the effect of movement intervention - Discuss and argue selected procedures and results - Actively lead an exercise program for the health-impaired population
