The student can identify and practically apply exercises in basic positions to design appropriate routines for various health impairments, focusing on correcting faulty body posture and internal issues related to deviations from proper body posture.

• They can create practical exercise variations to address deviations from proper body posture, especially compensating for upper and lower crossed syndromes, scoliotic posture, flat backs, and the impact of deep stabilisation system.

• The student understands foot arch disorders and associated health problems, utilizing exercises and tools to enhance the exercise experience and motivate participants. They can also work with individuals with deviations from the central axis of the body, such as valgus or varus positioning. • Proficient in methods for assessing the musculoskeletal system's functional state, including anthropometric measurements and basic muscle tests, as well as fundamental movement pattern tests, including deep stabilization.

• Capable of practical instruction in various breathing and respiratory exercises, with knowledge of their applicability for specific health impairments. They can apply exercise units for asthmatics and create sets of respiratory exercises for other impairments where respiratory exercises are beneficial.

• Proficient in the practical application of common relaxation exercises suitable for physical education in the context of compensating various health impairments.

• Competent in practical applications of various coordination and balance exercises, including proficiency in fundamental psychomotor games.

• Can practically utilize tools such as overballs, gymballs, and unconventional aids for exercises with individuals who have physical impairments, including issues related to body posture, metabolism, sensory perception, and other internal limitations.

• Capable of describing typical body postures in preschool and early school-age children, implementing exercises with motivational aids and games to encourage the development of proper postural and movement patterns in younger children, and understanding the fundamental principles when working with this age group.
