The course understands drama education as a system of social and artistic learning aimed at the development of personality and social skills through drama and theater. Self-experiential procedures will enable students to understand the didactic basis of drama education. Aims: To acquaint students with the basic didactic means of drama education in the form of self-experiential techniques. The aim is to motivate students to work with the class at the same time. The secondary goal is the self-experiential personal and social development of students. 1. Introduction to the goals, content and methods of drama education. 2. Introduction of drama education as a field dealing with both artistic (aesthetically oriented) and personal and social learning. 3. Familiarization with stimuli from various art forms that can be an inspiration for improvisation and dramatic plays; 4. Creation of dramatic situations: inducing fictional dramatic situations based on interpersonal interaction and using simulation and role-playing games to actively get to know the world, man, society and oneself.
