a systému v rámci stávajícího vedeckého poznání. V prvním semestru výuky je probírána obecná fyziologie vcetne mechanizmu bunecných regulací, vzrušivé tkáne, základy imunulogie, hematologie, fyziologie smyslu a cást kardiovaskulárního systému. Jsou analyzovány zákonitosti prícinných vztahu a rízení, je zduraznena vzájemná interakce jednotlivých systému. V praktických cviceních jsou overovány nejduležitejší mechanizmy a principy uvedených funkcí. Ve druhém semestru jsou probírány regulace kardiovaskulárního systému, dýchání, endokrinologie, vybrané kapitoly z metabolizmu, zažívacího traktu, ledvin a centrální nervové soustavy. Ve zvýšené míře je kladen důraz na způsobilost deduktivně a samostatně pracovat. Cílem je jednak porozumět normálně fungujícímu lidskému organizmu, jednak poukázat na klíčové děje, které se mohou stát zdrojem patologických procesů. Je budováno vědecké myšlení a základy klinického uvažování. Trvale je zdůrazňován přístup, že dílčí funkce jsou součástí integrovaného celku - zdravého lidského organizmu. |

Credit – Requirements · The full attendance of the practical exercises (the absence due to serious reasons could be substituted at the end of the appropriate part of the practical exercises. · Pass all credit tests. · Protocols of the practical exercises checked and signed by the appropriate assistant professor.
Final Examination - Requirements The applicants are required to have both semester credits (in the case of pre-term examination the mean mark from all computer credit tests during the year up to 2.0). The physiology examination consists of two parts: the final computer test and the oral examination. The computer test consists of 54 true/false questions. The student will receive one point for each correct answer. The pass mark is 38 points. The test duration is 30 minutes. If student passes the test successfully, he/she advances automatically to the consequent oral exam. If student fails, he/she does not lose the exam term and he/she can register for the next free term. In the oral exam the student will answer 4 questions, one of them being dedicated to the practical exercises. All the questions are published in the syllabus (curriculum) with titles underlined. If student fails, he/she can register for the next free term. The successful final computer test will not be repeated. |
