The subject is oriented to deepen the understanding of communication in organization, the influence of organizational culture, communication role of HR and role of managers. It further on concentrates on types of communication in organization, utilization of mentoring, coaching and other techniques. Internal communication, especially on its purpose, factors, content, tools and current trends will be discussed as well. Attention is given to principles of internal communication in organizations, planning and budgeting, measurements and reaching high efficiency, tools for employees’ engagement and increasing their motivation within organization and utilization of social networks and utilization of AI. Significant part of the subject will be dedicated to current management trends – hybrid work, wellbeing and happiness at work. Recapitulation of several best practice communication techniques and its utilization in real life will be part of the seminar. We will utilize the Why, How, What approach by Simon Sinek. <br>

Final examination:

In order to be eligible for final oral examination, the student shall successfully pass the knowledge test related to communication in organizations, be present at seminars/ online seminars and actively participate in teamwork – process and present topics assigned to the group and submit them in printed form within the terms set by the teacher. The final exam will consist of oral knowledge test and discussion based on submitted case study.
