The student will be able to explain the issues of planning, recording and controlling the training of football players in the long-term training process. The student is able to define the specifics of the training process of youth and adults in different age categories concerning the rules of the game, the content of training and developmental laws The student knows the current version of the rules of football The student is able to identify and explain the specifics of girls' and women's football in comparison with men's football The student is able to theoretically describe and explain exercises aimed at complex and isolated motor skill development in post-pubescent youth and adults The student is able to organise and lead a training unit on a football theme for different age groups |
