Cíl předmětu

Aim of th course: Knowledge of basic concepts of philosophy with focus on anthropological line, understanding of philosophical reflections of medicine, basics of research ethics, knowledge of the main philosophers and relevant theories, development of interpretative skills, critical thinking.

The basic learning outcomes are:

- students orient themselves in the problem of defining concepts;

- students understand the complexity of human existence and its relationship to health;

- students have a critical view of the human body and can differentiate between different concepts of human corporeality;

- students can differentiate among different concepts of health;

- students can formulate current challanges in the areas of the human being and health;

- students have a deeper understanding of the position of human beings within physiotherapy, including the existential dimension;

- students know basic philosophers and their theories relevant to the field of kinanthropology;

- students understand basic issues within research ethics.

2. Vrcholné období řecké filosofie: Sókratés - Platón - Aristotelés.

3. Problém pravdy. Stoicismus a epikurejství.

4. Racionalismus (Descartes) a britský empirismus (Locke - Berkeley - Hume).

5. Kant, Nietzsche - základní pojmy ve vztahu ke zdraví a tělesnosti.

6. Filosofie existence (Kierkegaard, Heidegger). Dasein. Autentický způsob existence.

7. Různá pojetí tělesnosti.

8. Různá pojetí zdraví (Descartes versus Heidegger).

9. Patočka a lidská existence. Ontologické pojetí pohybu.

10. Východní filosofie a její vztah ke zdraví a tělesnosti.
