Anotace

Kurz seznamuje se základním vymezením teologie a snaží se nabídnout určitý základní "teologický horizont". Vedle toho se také u studentů ověřuje znalost KKC. Po prvním vymezení teologie a základních pojmů se kurz posouvá ke svému těžišti, totiž "teologickým modelům". Následně se věnuje pramenům a kontextům, s nimiž a v nichž teologie pracuje a komunikuje. Některá z témat (rozum, zjevení, Písmo, tradice) se velmi úzce dotýkají také fundamentální teologie.

This introductory course of theology discusses what the theology is. The aim is to offer a fundamental "theological horizon" and it gives the essential tools for a deeper study of theology in other courses. After delimiting of the term "theology" and other important theological terms, the course focuses on several "theological models" from the history of Christian theology. The next chapters are the sources and contexts the theology works and communicates with: the Scripture, the Tradition, the Liturgy, the Church, the Science and the Reason.

International students are welcome to participate: at the beginning of the course, an individual curriculum will be prepared for each student, according to his or her language skills and other possibilities. The course will be successfully finished with an oral exam, based on the literature indicated by the teacher.

Cíl předmětu

1. Knowledge (Remember)

• Students will be able to remember fundamental theological terms and definitions as presented in the Catechism of the Catholic Church.
• Students will be able to list the main theological models that have shaped Christian theology throughout history.
• Students will be able to recall key sources of theology, including Scripture, tradition, and the Church’s magisterium.

2. Comprehension (Understand)

• Students will be able to explain how theology, as a discipline, reflects on faith and divine revelation.
• Students will be able to describe different epistemological approaches to theology and their historical development.
• Students will be able to interpret the significance of various theological models in relation to the history of Christian thought.

3. Application (Apply)

• Students will be able to apply fundamental theological concepts when analysing biblical and theological texts.
• Students will be able to use theological models to address contemporary issues in Christian faith and practice.
• Students will be able to integrate knowledge from theological sources (Scripture, tradition, Church documents) into their academic work.

4. Analysis (Analyse)

• Students will be able to distinguish different theological methods and their approaches to the study of faith.
• Students will be able to compare scholastic, historical-critical, and modern approaches to theological research.
• Students will be able to analyse the relationship between theology, the Church, and culture in various historical periods.

5. Evaluation (Evaluate)

• Students will be able to critically assess the relevance of different theological models for contemporary theology.
• Students will be able to evaluate how various theological sources contribute to understanding Christian faith.
• Students will be able to assess contemporary theological challenges and construct arguments based on recognised models and methods.

6. Creation (Create)

• Students will be able to compose an analytical paper on a selected theological model or method.
• Students will be able to create a structured overview of major theological sources and their significance.
• Students will be able to formulate a theological argument on a selected issue in contemporary Christian faith.
