The course consists in practicing and then conducting a simulated court hearing in the field of health law. At the beginning of the course, students will be divided into groups and assigned individual roles within the case (legal representatives of the parties to a medico-legal dispute). The students will be tasked with team preparation for the moot court, taking place in several joint meetings, and in the interim, they will proceed under the guidance of mentors (the course lecturers). The course will end with the moot court itself, where students will try to win a case in a simulated court hearing before the judges.
