Předmět umožňuje shrnutí dosavadních teoretických a praktických poznatků studentů v oblasti výkonu profese farmaceuta ve zdravotnictví. Vzhledem k nejvýznamnějšímu oboru uplatnění farmaceutů se zaměřuje na problematiku lékárenství. V rámci přednášek a diskuzního soustředění s významnými aktivně činnými odborníky z oblasti lékárenství si mohou vytvořit vlastní názor na profesi lékárníka, jeho aktivity, význam či budoucnost oboru.

The course enables students to summarize their theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of practising as a pharmacist in healthcare. Given the most significant field of application for pharmacists, it focuses on the issue of pharmacy practice. Through lectures and discussion sessions with prominent active experts in the field of pharmacy practice, students can form their own opinion about the profession of pharmacist, their activities or significance and future of the field.

Cílem předmětu je navázat mimo jiné na předměty Farmaceutická péče I a II, Sociální farmacie a Odborná praxe v lékárně I a II, propojit a upevnit jejich problematiku a dodat jí aktuální kontext. Studující po absolvování předmětu mají teoretické znalosti i praktické dovednosti pro výkon základních činností farmaceuta ve zdravotnictví, zejména v rámci praktického a nemocničního lékárenství.

Uvedou příklady a diskutují aktuální problémy a výzvy v lékárenství

Vyjmenují zásadní právní předpisy z oblasti lékárenství, charakterizují je a interpretují jejich obsah ve vztahu k praxi.

Definují farmaceutickou péči, vymezí a charakterizují její jednotlivé oblasti, dávají je do souvislosti s platnými právními předpisy a praxí farmaceuta

Definují a charakterizují náležitosti zajišťování, přípravy, úpravy, uchovávání, kontroly a výdeje léčivých přípravků, zajišťování, uchovávání a výdej zdravotnických prostředků

Používají a definují odborné pojmy z oblasti farmacie se zaměřením na lékárenství

Vyjmenují, charakterizují a interpretují náležitosti provozu lékáren

Vyjmenují, charakterizují a interpretují povinnosti a práva zdravotnického pracovníka a pacienta

The aim of the course is to build on the courses Pharmaceutical Care I and II, Social Pharmacy, and Professional Experience in Pharmacy I and II, to connect and consolidate their topics, and to provide them with a current context. After completing the course, students will have the theoretical knowledge and practical skills to perform the basic activities of a pharmacist in healthcare, especially in practical and hospital pharmacy practice.

Learning outcomes:

Based on the knowledge and skills acquired, students will:

Give examples and discuss current issues and challenges in pharmacy practice.

List the key legal regulations in the field of pharmacy practice, characterize them, and interpret their content in relation to practice.

Define pharmaceutical care, define and characterize its individual areas, and relate them to applicable legal regulations and the practice of a pharmacist.

Define and characterize the requirements for the procurement, preparation, modification, storage, control, and dispensing of medicinal products, and the procurement, storage, and dispensing of medical devices.

Use and define technical terms from the field of pharmacy with a focus on pharmacy practice.

List, characterize, and interpret the requirements for the operation of pharmacies.

List, characterize, and interpret the obligations and rights of healthcare professionals and patients.

List, characterize, and practically use information sources that can be used in the practice of a pharmacist in healthcare.
