Seznámení se s historii funkčního vyšetřování v pneumologii, jeho diagnostické možnosti i přínos. Indikace a kontraindikace spirometrie, bodypletysmografie, teoretické podklady průkazu funkčních poruch i praktická ukázka vyšetřování: spirometrie křivka průtok - objem, bodypletyzmografie, plicní poddajnost, difuzní kapacita, zátěžové a provokační testy, vyšetření NO ve vydechovaném vzduchu a další. Vyšetřování plicních funkcí před plicní transplantací.

Familiarity with the history of functional examination in Pneumology, its diagnostic capabilities and benefits. Indications and contraindications of spirometry, bodypletysmografy, theoretical background of malfunctions and practical demonstration of the investigation: spirometry curve flow - volume , bodypletyzmografy, lung compliance, diffusion capacity and exercise challenge tests, examinations of NO in exhaled air and others. Investigation of pulmonary function before lung transplantation.
