An elective course enabling doctoral students to supplement important knowledge in a discipline generally related to the dissertation. It is usually enrolled by doctoral SP students who have completed a master's degree in a discipline other than Psychology. The course aims to enable the PhD student to acquire knowledge of a fundamental nature, which can then be followed up by other study obligations. It is an elective course within an individual field of study program, which is intended primarily for doctoral students who have completed a master's degree in a field other than psychology - e.g. the master's degree included applied psychological disciplines in the study plan, courses of a psychological nature formed only a small part of the study plan, etc.
