The aim of the Athletic conditioning - Winter course is to introduce students to the possibilities of developing fitness readiness in winter and mountain conditions. Improves the knowledge of increasing the endurance of the athletes. Improving knowledge about increasing the resistance of athletes. Students practice didactic performance on the topic of endurance. |

As entry requirements it is necessary to have with you: material equipment for cross-country skiing, sportswear for running outdoors in winter, including running shoes, clothing for winter hiking on Sněžka, sunglasses, swimsuit, headlamp or flashlight, small backpack, daily necessities, tea thermos , food for 5 days. Everyone cooks for themselves in the equipped kitchen. Individual transport. |
