Vznik synapsidních plazů, vznik Therapsid, vznik termoregulace a endotermie, vývojové změny při vzniku savců, vývoj chrupu, teorie vzniku vícehrotých zubů, evoluční změny v prořezávání zubů, Dollův a Deperetův zákon; datovací metody - absolutní přímé a nepřímé, relativní.
2. Vývoj primátů
Systém primátů, vlastnosti primátů somatické, hematologické aj., karyotyp, encefalisační kvocient, chrup; vývoj v paleocénu, eocénu, oligocénu a miocénu, lokomoční adaptace.
3. Vývoj raných hominidů
Modely evoluce, klimatické změny v miocénu, hominisace a její modely, Dryopitékové, Sivapitékové, vývojová schémata, molekulární hodiny; Gigantopitékové, Oreopithecus.
4. První hominidé
