Kurz představuje souhrnné a systematizující pohledy na teologické myšlenkové koncepty jednotlivých
novozákonních spisů, autorských okruhů (synoptická evangelia, pavlovský okruh, janovský okruh) i kanonického
celku novozákonní sbírky. Přednášky vypisované každoročně se spíše než na přehled celé látky zaměřují na
podrobnější pojednání o jednotlivých okruzích či problémech, k nimž patří i zásadní otázka způsobu shrnutí
celkového svědectví kánonu, jež by byl přiměřený rozmanitosti spisů tuto sbírku tvořících, či přehled po dějinách
pokusů o přesvědčivou odpověď.
