The aim of the course is to acquaint students with Oriental Sports Systems. In this course, the functioning of the human body will be presented from the perspective of traditional Chinese Medicine. Basic work with internal energy will be explained on individual static and dynamic Qigong assemblies. Students will learn to feel, regulate and increase the flow of internal power. Traditional Chinese massages will also be part of the lessons.

Upon completing the course, the student will be able to:

  • Demonstrate the correct performance of qigong and other oriental exercise forms.

  • Describe the execution of these forms.

  • Evaluate, in their own words, the advantages and disadvantages of individual exercises and assess their appropriateness for another person.
