The course focuses on the results of current research in the field of "Green Exercise" and expands the basic knowledge sport physiology in the field of outdoor sports and activities and environmental physiology. The subject deals with operation natural environment for physical and mental health of the population, prescribing activities in nature for different populations, use outdoor activities in short and long term intervention programs for children and young people in school i extracurricular conditions. The subject analyzes in detail the physiological and psychological aspects of individual sports their risks and benefits.
