Information on mostly locomotor activities in the natural environment. Enrichment of civilizations impoverished driving stereotypes. Involvement of the locomotor system, postural, locomotor principle in individual activities. Human locomotion carried out through the pelvic girdle, through the shoulder girdle. Follow-up to selected therapeutic TV methodologies. Kinesiological, phylogenetic contexts. In the practical part, acquaintance with the basics of kayaking, sport climbing and information about cycling. Skiing information seminar form.
