Recapitulation of the key concepts in the theory and didactics of basketball. Diagnostics, game performance analysis, evaluation performance in the training process.

The student can explain the issues of planning, recording and checking the training of basketball players in the long-term training process.

The student is able to define the specifics of the training process for youth and adults in different age categories regarding the rules of the game, content of the training and developmental laws.

The student can diagnose (evaluate) performance in the training process and in the match.

The student knows the theory and didactics of defensive game systems. The student is able to schematically represent game situations and can explain defensive game systems based on these diagrams. The student knows the concept of defensive game systems in contemporary elite basketball.

The student can practically interpret certain defensive game systems. They can also apply these game systems during matches. At the same time, the student can explain the training of these game systems, taking into account all player positions. The student can create learning conditions for their practice and subsequent training. The student is also able to check their correctness and, where appropriate, correct errors.

The student is able to design or invent a defensive game system that corresponds to the best possible solutions against a specific opponent or against a specific offensive game system.

The student can lead a group and prepare a training session for practicing defensive game systems.

The student is able to organize and lead a basketball-themed training unit for different age categories.
