The subject content is the coaching activity of students in selected sports clubs. The coaching activity in the role of assistant coach (possibly also head coach) consists of transferring the acquired practical experience and theoretical knowledge into a long-term, organized training process for children and youth. The coaching activity is mainly related to the sport specialization that the student is studying during his/her studies. The student communicates with the supervisor of the respective sport specialization, who approves the practice in the selected sports club.

The student is able to organize the training process of children and youth in a sports club.

The student is able to organize a training unit with a clearly defined learning objective with regard to the efficiency of training time.

The student knows and can adequately apply pedagogical principles in conducting the training process of children and youth.
