The aim of subject is learn the methods of training youth and adult categories at the performance level. The subject acquaints with the concept, content and principles of management activities in coaching and managerial profession, testing, talent identification, diagnostics and football research.

The student knows and can explain the differences in men's and women's football

The student knows the current rules of major football (10+1)

The student is able to explain the principles of movement loading of players in the training process

The student is able to explain the tactical intentions of training exercises and games with regard to the development of game strategy in 10+1 football

The student is able to prepare and lead a training unit on individual tactical topics

1.-2. Team preparation for the match and activities during the match
2.-3. Diagnostics of individual and team in game performance, talent identification (scouting)
4.-6. Didactic technology: forms, methods and styles in practice in the development of learning content
7. Current problems of rules interpretation, the role of referees in a match
8. Women's football specifics in the training process
9.-10. Physiology of physical load - aerobic and anaerobic nature of physical load in exercises and game
11.-14. Analysis of video recordings from trainings and matches
