Students are acquainted with the principles of using movement games in the field of school physical education, sports training and leisure. Individual sports games are gradually implemented two weeks in a row, when the second week is led by a group of students (3-4).

Student získává základní teoretické vědomosti a praktické zkušenosti z oblasti pohybových her, které jsou předstupněm sportovních her.

Po absolvování předmětu student:

  • zná a umí zařadit pohybové hry v rámci dlouhodobé přípravy sportovce
  • umí vysvětlit vliv pohybových her na rozvoj pohybových schopností
  • umí aplikovat pohybové hry v rámci různých částí TJ dle stanoveného cíle
  • dokáže rozeznat specifičnost pohybové hry na základě struktury sportu
