Výstupy z učení
Studen zná specifika ontogenetického vývoje v cílových věkových kategoriích a rozumí jejich významu pro sportovní trénink dětí a mládeže. Zná lokalizaci senzitivních období a umí vysvětlit jejich podstatu. Dokáže vymezit termín biologický věk a vysvětlit jeho význam pro trénink dětí a identifikaci sportovních talentů. Student dokáže vysvětlit termín dlouhodobé koncepce sportovního tréninku a chápe všechny hlavní oblasti, které se promítají do výběru jednotlivých strategií této koncepce. Umí definovat rizika spojená s ranou specializací a je schopen vymezit jejich vliv na jednotlivé etapy sportovního tréninku. Zná ontogenetická specifika tréninku jednotlivých pohybových schopností a dokáže tyto parametry aplikovat při přípravě specifických cvičení. Chápe specifické vývojové požadavky na oblast osvojování technika a taktiky z hlediska cílů, metod a forem. Zná základní cíle a přístupy k psychologické přípravě u dětí. Student zná základní styly trenérského vedení a chápe, kdy a jak tyto styly v tréninku dětí užívat. Student chápe etiku práce trenéra dětí a s ní spojená témata. Zná základní problémové oblasti práce s rodiči dětí a ví, jak organizovat schůzky s rodiči. Student zná organizaci náboru dětí a chápe pozitivní i negativní oblasti jednotlivých přístupů k náboru dětí. |
