The course is focused on psychological aspects of the role of the manager in sports. Includes namely: issues of leaders' personalities, group leadership, problem solving and analysis, practical aspects of time management, stress management and the management by objects. It also focuses on the organization of work, delegation of tasks, control and motivation of athletes.

The aim of the course is to acquaint students with basic knowledge of group leadership, problem solving, coach personality, time management and stress management. Also practise soft managerial skills on model examples and case studies.
