The goal is to provide students with an integral overview of the most important branches of the system of law in the CR and its basic institutes, as seen from the students' future practice standpoint. As the scope of the subject is limited by time, the classes contain only basic concepts and relations, without ambitions to further analyse and investigate the subject matter in more detail. Considering the degree course types, the definition of sport relations within the province of the system of law and the questions of responsibility are generally emphasised. In the PES and martial art branches, the instruction is therefore given more scope and more attention is paid to problems of industrial law. In the PES branch specialised on the trainer's profession more attention should be paid to commercial activities and business law.
