The content of the course is primarily focused on practical teaching. It presents dance as a creative art form with a wide range of motivational possibilities not only for children and young people within physical education but also for adults. Dance, as a specific form of music and movement education, contributes to the refinement of movement expression, the development of aesthetic-coordination skills, and enhances the creative potential, expression, and verbal communication of the graduate. Students are guided to understand the general principles and rules of dance techniques, to respect them, practically apply them, and seek mutual inspiration.
