The aim of the course is to extend knowledge and skills in physical therapy procedures and to get acquainted with current, new procedures, including innovations in instrumentation.

Learning Outcomes

The aim of the course is to provide students with the knowledge, skills and general competencies so that after the completion of the course the students:

  • demonstrates the ability to compile a proposal for physical therapy according to the current state of the patient
  • demonstrates the ability to suggest an alternative to physical therapy in case of contraindications by the patient
  • demonstrates the ability to design several variants of therapy with respect to the choice of physical parameters and to create variations of choice according to the circumstances affecting the treatment
  • demonstrates knowledge of principles with modern physical therapy technologies, eg laser, shock wave, T.R.T, SIS
