The subject is a compulsory subject and is intended for students of the TVS program with a focus on education. Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to determine the competence of the student to lead model fitness training for various sport branches and in different conditions of sport preparation. The students present their theoretical knowledge as well as their practical competence to profile themselves as a fitness trainer when creating model fitness trainings. The credit requirement is a didactic output, which together with the written preparation examines the student's competence to lead a training unit with a fitness focus in various sports.

Exercises:

1. - 14. Theoretical basics of fitness training. Strategies of creating model fitness training. Didactic outputs verifying the student's competence to lead a training unit with a fitness focus in various sports.
