The aim of the course is to master the professional, methodological-didactic and movement-skill group of ski jumping athletic disciplines. Students partially improve their motor skills, learn to plan and implement parts of training units focused on the issue of jumping disciplines. Students apply knowledge from sports sciences to their own preparation of the training process by preparing macrocycles, microcycles and training units.
