Studenti se seznamují a osvojují si základní atletické dovednosti využívané v oblasti kondičního tréninku. Získávají teoretické znalosti z oblasti vedení atletického rozcvičení, metodicko-organizačních forem při základním atletickém výcviku a využití tréninkových prostředků a metod na rozvoj obecné kondice. Studenti jsou seznámeni se základními testy skokanské a vrhačské výbušnosti a obecné vytrvalosti.
