The subject focuses both on the force-deformation response of passive tissues (ligament, bone tissue, cartilage, intervertebral discs, etc.) and on the specific behavior of active tissues (nervous tissue, muscle tissue).

Student skills and competencies:

· The student will describe the structures of the locomotor system

· Categorizes the rheological behavior of passive structures

· Distinguishes and compares the behavior of individual tissue structures (bones, ligaments, cartilage, intervertebral disc, etc.)

· He is able to explain the principles of the function of the active nerve-muscle-tendon complex

· Distinguishes and compares the behavior of various tissues of the locomotor system and non-biological materials used in the field of orthotics-prosthetics.

Předmět se zaměřuje jak na silově-deformační odezvu tkání pasivních (vazivo, kostní tkáň, chrupavka, meziobratlové disky aj.), tak na specifické chování tkání aktivních (nervová tkáň, svalová tkáň).

 Dovednosti a kompetence studenta:

·        Student popíše struktury pohybového systému

·        Kategorizuje reologické chování pasivních struktur

·        Rozlišuje a porovnává chování jednotlivých tkáňových struktur (kost, vazy, chrupavka, meziobratlový disk aj.)

·        Je schopen vysvětlit principy funkce aktivního komplexu nervo–svalo-šlachový

·        Rozlišuje a porovnává chování různých tkání pohybového systému a nebiologických materiálů využívaných v oboru ortotik-protetik.
