The course develops students' experiences gained in the introductory offer of pedagogical practices, which introduce students to the reality of teaching art education and its various forms in schools and out-of-school facilities. The course aims to combine knowledge from these practices with the personal, often diverse experience of students with teaching and presentation of art education and art activities and to enrich their register with activities and pedagogical practices that do not lead to educational goals but have an important social and socializing role. The subject of research is the possibilities and forms of joint creative and artistic activities, their influence on the relationships and internal dynamics of a social group. The course presents a wide range of approaches and concepts. It deals with the forms and role of group and individual motivation and examines the social and general educational potential of informal joint artistic activities. Students gather information and documentation of observed activities into their pedagogical portfolio, share their experience of working in art circles, children's sections or other areas of non-formal and extracurricular education and work with children and youth. They master the procedures used in these environments and reflect their effectiveness in the role of leaders and participants. The acquired experience is combined with the study of professional literature in an informed professional reflection. The course helps students see art education and its implementation in a wide range of environments and opportunities. The course aims to develop creative openness and critical thinking in the field of concepts and programs and in the field of personal commitment, to overcome shyness from the position of the manager, to learn to react flexibly in a changing situation. Students formulate, reflect and refine their knowledge and about the forms and content of art education in different contexts. They also develop their ability to perceive a specific situation in the educational process about the content and goals of teaching. Based on the analysis of internships and self-experiential meetings, students aim to formulate a special view of the goals and contents of art education, which they further refine in joint discussions. Orientation in these areas belongs to the broader perspective of an art teacher. The course leads students to accurate observation and the study of forms and contents of art education in practice. Introductory meetings; subject characteristics; drift of basic experience; joint implementation of activities; documentation collection; the basics of creating an informal component in the pedagogical portfolio; presentation and reflection of acquired materials; individual consultations; joint presentation and reflection of selected activities.
