The aim of the course is to acquaint students with various types of regeneration, with special regard to massages. Regeneration theory, goal, tasks, resources, diagnostics. Health specifics, contraindications. Massages for various sports. Mastering the technique of massage touches eliminating fatigue, partial and total massage - procedure. Hygiene and ethics of sports massage eliminating fatigue. Contraindications to sports massage from the point of view of a healthy and sick athlete - total and partial. Successful completion of the course is conditioned by a practical test of knowledge and skills of massage techniques that eliminate fatigue on individual parts of the body.
