Lectures: 1. Physical load - adaptation and neurohumoral regulation. 2. Metabolism at workload (metabolic envelope zones). 3. Adaptation of the cardiorespiratory system to physical activity. 4. Metabolism of different tissues, digestion and nutrition in relation to physical stress. Changes in internal environment, thermoregulation and excretion under load. 5. Endogenous and exogenous influences and their use in reaction and adaptation and body composition. 6. Load and growing organism.
Topics of practical exercises: 1. Introduction to practical exercises 2. Test W170 and indirect determination of maximum aerobic performance 3. Simple functional tests 4. Working metabolism, methods of determining energy expenditure 5. Aerobic load diagnostics - VO2max test 6. Credit from practical lessons |
