The main aim of the course is to introduce student teachers to theoretical basis how to apply ICT as a virtual learning and teaching environment and to give them a chance to get practical experience with some educational models supported and arranged in virtual systems, to design and to develop examples of teaching situations based on ICT for communication and collaboration, for distribution of learning content, for evaluation of learning process. A big attention is given to principles how to create elearning courses in Moodle and how to manage learning processes in Moodle.

Teacher activities and his/her role in on-line education. Learner activities in ICT supported learning. Advantages and disadvantages of on-line support of face-to-face (full time) teaching in schools.
