The optional course aims to acquaint the students with significant but also forgotten places of the capital city by means of sightseeing walks. In the winter time the teaching focuses primarily on individual topics of the modern Prague history (industrialisation, the origins and development of Prague suburbs, decontamination, jubilee exhibition 1891, Prague uprising, etc.)
