The course considers the labour law as one of the most important spheres of the private law. At the beginning of the course there will be an introduction to the subject, and then the students will acquaint themselves with the topics of employment, discipline at work, employment guidelines, working hours, break and salary. A separate part of the course focuses on health and safety protection at work, on working conditions of women and adolescents, and on responsibility relations.
